1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or confirmation email).


2. How to Request a Refund

To start the refund process:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if defective or damaged).

  3. Await confirmation and return instructions before shipping the item back.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.

  • Return address will be provided after refund approval.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products returned after the 14-day window

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products

  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale

  • Customized products


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your payment provider – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
